My Top 3 (Free) To-Do List Templates

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been debating between buying a planner/agenda or DIY’ing one. I still haven’t decided what I’m going to do. I’m leaning more towards the DIY route.

While doing my research for the perfect to-do list template, I came across 3 that really caught my eye. Below you will find my top 3 (free) printable to-do list templates that I found on the Internet.

1.  That’s What {Che} Said – Free Printable Daily To Do List

What I love about this template is the hydrate section, the for me section and fitness. These are often sections that aren’t normally included in a basic to-do list, but as important to keep your mind and body healthy too.

2. – Free work to-do list

I love the simplicity of this todo list. It’s very clean looking. The 10 minute task section is awesome. It great to have a section of easy things that you can check off your list quickly. This to-do list comes in two different colours on their website.

3. Laura Likes Design – To-Do List (Free Printable)

If I was working from home (I would LOOOVE to one day be a full-time blogger), I would be all over this to-do list. I love the chores section, meals (good reminder to eat) and the be active section. I think it looks very clean and simple. Very easy to use.

As much as I love all these templates, they don’t quite meet my needs. I need something that has a section for little bit of work, a little bit of blog and a whole lotta of water on it. I might try and slap something together and see if it works. I’ll post my progress here on the blog so you can give me your input too.

Personal Priorities

How do you set your personal priorities? I’m struggling with that a bit myself. There are so many things that I feel like I should be doing at the same time. I’m a great multi-tasker. As I’m writing this I’m drinking coffee, answering text messages, listening to Canada AM news, admiring this cute pin I found at Value Village and writing this blog post.

For myself, I’ve decided that family comes first. When my daughter is awake, I’m awake with her. We’re doing things, making her laugh, reading books. Those special moments are so precious, I don’t want to miss a beat.

I’m next in line. Me. I take this time to shower, brush teeth, drink coffee, sit for a minute, fitness, eat. I’m important too. I need to take care of me, in order to take care of everyone else.

Home. My home is my castle. Although it is messy most of the time, I do my best to keep it clean. I take this time to quickly Windex windows, take dishes out of the dishwasher, make the beds, etc…

This is where the blog comes in. Hello, this is where I’m at today. When I go back to work after maternity leave, things may shift a bit, but blogging will always be on my list.

Then my Etsy shop. Ha! Didn’t see that one coming!?! I’m working on an Etsy shop to sell my crafty creations and cool stuff I find in thrift stores. I’m a huge thrift store fan. I love #findthefind. It makes me feel good when I find something cool. I want to share it with the world. My house it pretty small, so unfortunately, I can’t keep everything, so I hope that someone on the Internet can find some love for the cool things I find.

Reading is also on my list. While on maternity leave, I’ve found a new love for the Ottawa Public Library. Lately, I’ve been into reading biographies and books on tattoos. It’s pretty cool stuff. Reading keeps me thinking creatively, so I’ve added it to my list of priorities.

Everything else comes after this.

What do you have on your list of personal priorities? Do you agree with my list?
